In addition to various subjects offered to our pupils (Drama, Latin, a European Section etc..), an American International Section is to be settled for the 2023-2024 schoolyear in our school.
The LFAY dynamic team is looking for a certified American literature teacher and a certified American History and Geography teacher (You will be teaching 18h/week full-time job) with Job Specification below:

The French International School Lycée Français Alexandre Yersin (LFAY) is directly managed by the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), a national public agency of France under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Through an agreement with the French Ministry of Education, LFAY provides education based on the national curriculum of France, serving both the international and national community with excellent quality education in which French is the main language of instruction.

Currently, the mission of the school is to strongly focus on teaching communication in French, language development paths, reinforcing specific needs of students, and expanding the scale, number of students, and teachers. The school encourages excellence in learning and values cultural and international diversity.
The current number of students enrolled is around 900, from 3 to 18 years old. The school follows the teaching curriculum established by the French National Ministry of Education, thus students are prepared for the national English proficiency exams (3ème – 9th grade) and the French Baccalaureate (12th grade).
