As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing core functions and driving operational performance across departments. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Lead and coordinate operations across logistics, procurement, IT, and HR Collaborate with teams in production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and sales Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance improvement plans Drive production planning and ensure alignment with supply chain & customer needs Evaluate and manage supplier relationships Build and mentor high-performing teams Ensure compliance with industry standards (HACCP, Halal, ISO, etc.) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a food-related discipline) 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing or supply chain; 4+ years in management Strong knowledge of finance, procurement, and HR Solid command of ERP/manufacturing systems & Microsoft Office Bilingual in Vietnamese and English, ; French is a plus.
